Niña Rock -- Behind the Scenes

A few days ago I was invited by my good friend Gerardo Garmendia to help as the photography director for a video for a band called "Niña Rock” from Monterrey. I jumped on the opportunity and headed to Monterrey. We had tons of fun with the members of the band, Nice the drummer, Cuspi Base player, Lehi guitar and singer, and Toño guitar and singer. To my suprise Toño is better known as Jose Antonio de la O who participated in a reality show in Mexico’s TV Azteca. The show is called La Academia and Toño was part of La Primera Generación de La Academia, something like American Idol here in the US. Guys I had tons of fun, and I wish you much luck and success!

Maribel & Alex Wedding – Miami Florida – Deering Estate

I had the awesome opportunity of covering this lovely couple’s wedding that took place at The Deering Estate in Miami. The wedding was coordinated and catered by Jose and Raquel Salcedo from Exquisite Productions in Miami. I had a blast with the couple & the guests. The ceremony was to be held outside, but rain was forecasted for the day, nonetheless Alex decided they should do it outside. Just as we were all heading outside it began to rain. Even with this outcome Maribel & Alex’s special day was not going to be ruined by rained. Here are some pictures of the day…
